I’m a new listener, too. (I just found out within the past year that podcasts exist.) I enjoy knitting along with you while you chat with each other. Its what I imagine being in a knitting group would be like. I don’t have a LYS. Or a Michaels. You two young ladies are such fun to hang out with!

I met you both in person at CampKIP, and you are just lovely. My friend and I were unloading the items for my vendor booth, and you helped us. Lala – you got my friend a cart. You could have left us to our own devices. I don’t get much time in front of the computer, but today I spent a nice lunch in my office, knitting away and enjoying our podcast. I think I need to do that more often! Thanks for being awesome, Ladies!!

I’m really enjoying your podcasts – you girrlllls have WAY more stuff going on than I do. I checked for the Knit One book again when I saw you reviewing it and it’s finally in! I saw an advance copy and have been DYING to get one. A friend of mine knit some of the pieces in it….she’s a REAL insider. I agree completely that it’s not for beginners or the blind followers. That’s what I love about EZ and Meg too – they don’t hold your hand all the time. It was very empowering for me back in the day when I read Knitting Around and saw just how loose EZ was with her plans – I had never NOT followed a pattern. After reading that book some 20 years ago – I’ve been one Hot Mess. I just start it and figure out how to finish it as I go. You’ve inspired me to get moving on a couple projects I’ve had sitting around so I can knit the Shetland Pi shawl.

    You girllllls ROCK!
